Promotions & Discounts Policy

This Promotions and Discounts Policy ("Policy") establishes the terms, conditions, and limitations regarding the use of promotional codes, automatic discounts, flash sales, and other special offers on the SANSNiK website. By applying a discount code or participating in a promotional offer, you agree to the terms outlined below.

This Policy is incorporated by reference into our overarching Terms of Service.

1.1 Redemption at Checkout To successfully utilize a promotional code, the specific code must be entered into the designated "Promo Code" or "Discount Code" field during the checkout process prior to final payment authorization.

1.2 Order Finality It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that a promotional code has been successfully applied to the order subtotal before finalizing the transaction. SANSNiK is not responsible for codes that are entered incorrectly or forgotten during the checkout sequence.

2.1 Strict "One Code Per Order" Rule Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific terms of a promotional campaign, SANSNiK operates under a strict "one code per order" policy. Promotional codes cannot be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction with any other manual discount codes.

2.2 Interaction with Automatic Free Shipping SANSNiK's standing offer of free standard USPS shipping on orders containing two (2) or more products is applied automatically at checkout. Because this is an automatic tier rather than a manual code, eligible manual promotional codes (e.g., a 10% off cart discount) may generally be applied to the product subtotal of these orders without invalidating the free shipping threshold, unless otherwise specified in the promotion's terms.

While we strive to offer generous promotions, certain items and order types are universally excluded from manual discount codes to maintain operational viability:

Gift Cards: Promotional codes cannot be used to purchase SANSNiK digital or physical gift cards.

Subscriptions: Unless specifically advertised as a "Subscription Discount," standard promotional codes are only valid on one-time purchases and cannot be applied to recurring subscription orders.

Taxes and Shipping: Discounts are applied to the retail price of the physical merchandise only. They do not apply to applicable state taxes or standard shipping and handling fees.

Previous Purchases: Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed, processed, or fulfilled.

4.1 Sitewide Sales During designated flash sales or sitewide promotional events, product prices may be automatically reduced on the storefront. In these instances, manual promotional codes cannot be applied on top of the already reduced clearance or sale prices.

4.2 Limited Inventory All promotional items, flash sale goods, and introductory offers are available only while supplies last. SANSNiK does not offer rainchecks or price-matching for promotional items that sell out during an active campaign.

SANSNiK strictly adheres to a "No-Return" resolution framework, offering full refunds for dissatisfied customers within 30 days of delivery, as detailed in our Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy.

If a refund is approved for an item that was purchased using a promotional code, flash sale reduction, or bundle discount, the refunded amount will strictly reflect the actual, discounted price paid out-of-pocket by the customer. We will not refund the full retail value of an item if a discount was utilized to acquire it.

6.1 Expiration Dates All promotional codes and offers are strictly bound by their advertised expiration dates and times. SANSNiK's e-commerce architecture is automated, and expired codes will not be manually honored or reactivated by our support personnel.

6.2 Non-Transferability Unique promotional codes intended for a specific customer (such as a birthday reward or a customer service resolution code) are strictly non-transferable. They may not be shared, sold, or distributed on third-party coupon websites.

7.1 Promotion Modification SANSNiK reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional campaign, discount code, or special offer at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

7.2 Fraud and Abuse SANSNiK reserves the right to immediately cancel and refund any order that attempts to exploit a pricing error, manipulate our checkout architecture, bypass stated exclusions, or otherwise abuse our promotional systems. Customers found to be repeatedly exploiting promotional codes or sharing non-transferable codes may have their SANSNiK purchasing privileges permanently revoked.
