Accessibility

We want Contour shopping and reading to work for more people. This page covers what we aim for, where we still fall short, and how to reach us for help.

SANSNiKTM is committed to improving digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We work to make shopping, reading, and support paths on sansnik.com usable for more people, and we keep improving as we ship.

The storefront is built with readable type, clear focus states, and keyboard-reachable primary paths for shopping, account, and support. We continue to improve contrast, labels, alternative text, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.

WCAG 2.1 Level AA

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Those guidelines explain how to make web content more usable for people with a wide range of disabilities. We also take accessibility obligations under US law seriously and treat feedback as part of ongoing improvement.

We do not claim that every page, third-party embed, or checkout step is fully accessible under all conditions, and we do not claim full ADA compliance across the entire site. We also do not currently use a third-party overlay such as Accessibly App. Accessibility work here is part of how we build and maintain the storefront itself.

Known limitations

Some parts of the experience may still create barriers. Examples include complex interactive flows such as checkout or gift claim steps, third-party payment or media players, older legacy pages that have not yet been rebuilt, and dense product imagery that may need richer descriptions.

When we learn about a barrier, we prioritize fixes that unblock shopping, account access, and support. We cannot promise an immediate fix in every case, but we will work with you in good faith on an alternative path when we can.

Request help or give feedback

If a page, form, product guide, or checkout step is hard to use with assistive technology, or if you have a suggestion, contact us. Include the page URL, the assistive technology or browser you use when you can, and what you need to complete.

A person on the US team reads accessibility notes. We will acknowledge the request and work toward a practical next step, which may include fixing the page, describing another way to complete the task, or helping by phone or email.
