Yes, and that's by design. We loved the idea of bar soap but hated how hard it was on the hands. Instead of giving up and going back to body wash, we worked the problem. The Contour Bar givesin your hand, follows your body, and springs back. It's just as flexible under a hot shower as it is at a cold sink, with no warming it up first.

We didn't want a product with a catch. Our first version worked after only a few months, but it melted quickly, barely lathered, and was hard to make. So we kept going. After 2.5 years, we finally cracked it.
