Our Privacy Commitments
SANSNiKTM keeps what it needs to sell you a bar, ship it, and help if you write. This page is the plain account of those commitments.
What we hold
Information comes from the order
When you buy a bar, join The Contour Club, send a Share a Bar, or write to support, we take the details that make that possible. A name, an email, a shipping address, and what you ordered. If you pay, the payment company handles the card. We keep the fact of the payment so we can fulfill the order and answer questions about it. We do not ask you to email a card number.
A guest checkout still creates a customer profile under that email, so the order can be filled and the records a sale requires can be kept. That profile is not a login. An account adds a password and the preferences you set inside it.
We also see ordinary site information: the browser and device you use, an IP address, and how you move through the pages. Cookies and similar tools are part of that. The Cookie Policy says what they are for.

Why it is used
To fill the order, and only then to market
The first use is the practical one. Take payment, pack the box, arrange shipping, handle a return or an exchange, and reply when you write. Club billing, a trial, and a gift all sit in that same work.
Promotional email stays off unless you opt in. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time. Messages about an order you placed, such as a receipt or a shipping update, can still arrive. We may also show advertising related to what you have looked at or bought. Depending on where you live, you can tell us not to share information for targeted advertising, including by visiting with Global Privacy Control turned on.
A delivery estimate on an order form uses a location or a ZIP only to show that estimate. We do not save it from that step.
Who else sees it
The people who help us run the store
Payment, shipping, cloud storage, customer support, and the tools that keep the site up all receive what they need to do that job. A marketing partner may receive information so we can advertise. Those companies have their own notices. You can opt out of sharing for targeted advertising where the law gives you that right.
Mobile numbers are a narrower case. We collect one only when someone uses Share a Bar, chooses text, and checks the box that the recipient agreed to the text. The box is not pre-checked. That text asks for a United States shipping address for the gift. We do not use the number for marketing texts. We do not sell mobile numbers or text consent, and we do not share them with other companies for their own promotions. Gift texts come from (844) 482-3261. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.
A claim link is for that one package. The person who opens it gives a name and a US address so we can ship the gift. We use it for that shipment. We do not turn it into a mailing list.
Links on the site can leave SANSNiKTM. Those other sites have their own rules. Anything you post on a public page or a social network can be seen by other people.
What you can do
The rules we follow
Depending on where you live, you can ask what personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask for a copy. You can opt out of promotional email with the unsubscribe link. You can opt out of a gift text by replying STOP. You can opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising. These rights are not absolute, and which of them apply depends on the law where you live.
We will not treat you differently for asking. We may need to confirm it is you before we act. You can name someone to ask for you, and we will need proof that you asked them to.
The site is not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority where you live. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete it.
No security measure is perfect. Do not send a card number or a password by ordinary email. How long we keep information depends on whether we still need it for your account, an order, a legal duty, or a dispute.
Ask us
Questions about these commitments, or a request to see, correct, or delete personal information, can go to support@sansnik.com, hello@sansnik.com, or (941) 275-9797. The mailing address is in the Privacy Policy.
If you disagree with how a request was handled, write to us again. Depending on where you live, you can also take a complaint to your local data protection authority.
